Use the available workspace settings yourself, or ask XANDER to help configure, migrate or extend your setup. We assess feasibility and agree the scope, rate and cost ceiling before paid work starts.
Custom development & integrations
New functionality, bespoke reports or integrations that require software changes, subject to technical assessment.
€125 per hour
Discuss your requirements ↗Standard product defect corrections and agreed subscription support are not billed as custom development. An enhancement outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
No unexpected extra fees
Each paid request records the requested outcome, estimated hours, hourly rate and maximum approved budget. Changes to that scope require a revised estimate. You receive a time breakdown with the invoice.
Discuss your requirements ↗Before agreeing to custom work
The service agreement should identify the contracting entity, deliverables, fees, acceptance criteria, maintenance responsibilities and treatment of custom code. The final terms and legal entity details still need approval before paid online ordering is enabled.
