The customer is the organization identified in the accepted order, represented by an authorized person. The order records plan, seats, currency, billing period, service dates and applicable taxes. Access is for authorized users of that organization. Credentials must not be shared across unrelated organizations. The customer remains responsible for source data, field safety and approval of engineering proposals. Beta functions require competent human validation.
Confidential information is used only to perform and administer the service or as required by law. Each party protects access proportionately. Customer-controlled personal data is processed under the data processing agreement. Maintenance, support and availability commitments are those expressly agreed; no numerical uptime or response time is implied.
Payment, renewal, suspension and termination follow the accepted order and published policies. Suspension must be proportionate, with notice where practicable, preserving mandatory rights and lawful data access. Customer data remains the customer’s property. Applicable mandatory law governs warranties, liability and disputes except where a valid written agreement provides otherwise. Material changes require notice and renewed agreement where necessary. Publishing a new version does not silently amend an accepted contract.
