EMIXANA Technologies controls account administration, enquiries, security and billing data. It processes contact and account details, company and payment records, correspondence and security events for requested services, legal obligations and the legitimate interests of securing and administering the platform. Optional marketing uses a separate choice where required. Customer-controlled jobs, messages, uploads and asset locations are processed on the customer’s instructions under the DPA. Camera and location access is requested for the feature used; this does not authorize continuous tracking.
Access is limited by role and company. Hosting, email and enabled integrations receive only data needed for their purpose. International transfers require applicable safeguards. Records are retained for service delivery, legal recordkeeping and documented dispute/security needs; retention ends when these grounds cease, subject to restricted backup expiry. Ask info@xanderfiber.com for access, correction, export, restriction, objection or erasure. Identity verification and lawful retention may limit fulfilment and will be explained. You may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority at www.dataprotectionauthority.be. No certification or absolute security guarantee is claimed.
