The account download includes your profile, own requests and acceptance records. For a full access, export, erasure or closure request, use the private request workflow or info@xanderfiber.com. Identity, scope, controller instructions and legal retention are checked before fulfilment. Data is kept while needed for the service, statutory records, documented disputes and security purposes. Restricted backups are addressed in the closure response; restoring a backup must not silently cancel an approved erasure. The response explains withheld data and retention grounds. A download request alone does not delete or close the account.
