The versioned catalog and accepted order determine the price, seats, currency and billing period. Existing subscriptions are not repriced by a software update. The invoice identifies net price, applicable taxes and total. Extra users, annual billing, assisted configuration, custom work and third-party usage require an explicit selection or separate agreement. Renewal and downgrade dates are recorded in the request and confirmed before activation. Payment is by bank transfer using the invoice reference. Uploading evidence does not confirm receipt of funds. Activation follows payment verification by the Platform Administrator. No automatic debit is authorized.
